Artist: Joy Stevens Medium: Textiles, Painting on Glass

A lifelong resident of the area, Joy recently became a member of the Artworks after the closing of a small business in which she displayed much of her work. She tends to mix her passions between various media, such as jewelry, tapestry, and painting. Never one to stay on one track too long, she also loves vintage items, especially beads and buttons. In her spare time, (what’s that?) she enjoys flea marketing and antiquing, as well as hitting the beach with her family. She hopes to continue to explore new media in which she can develop her artisan skills.
