I spend as much time outdoors as I can, either with a camera or a fly rod in my hands – and sometimes, both! The glow of the sun through a butterfly’s wing . . . the reflection of trees on water . . . these are things I love to see and interpret with my camera. My hope is that my photographs help others connect with the joys and beauty of the natural world.

I feel fortunate to live close to the Pennypack area and that I have time to spend learning its secrets, some of which you may find in my work.

Along with this is the desire to work with my hands and a wish to tread lightly. I do all of my own printing, mounting, and framing. I love searching out old frames and moldings to recycle.

I hope viewers enjoy my photography and come to a deeper understanding of nature through it.
