Orchard Artworks - Dan Lindrooth

My profession was making wooden boats (row boats). I started in 1952. When I moved to Bryn Athyn from Illinois I decided that I had to do something and Orchard Artworks came along and I said 'I can do that'.

I make magazine racks for Glencairn and have made book racks and all kinds of things. I’ve been making bowls for years. A lot of the bowls are made from wood cut in Bryn Athyn so it’s all local. I have all kinds of trucks, cement mixers and so on.
