My art evolves along with the experiences in my life. When something important happens, either to me or around me, I mark it down-sometimes with a few notes; others, with a few sketches. Human emotions, especially, the highs and lows of life, are of particular interest to me. I record these, too, and eventually create work that expresses some aspect of those feelings.

I think of my work as a story. Sometimes it's a little story, perhaps known only to me. Other times, the story reflects a universal theme, and I, through my artwork, am the storyteller.
